The janitorial industry, as a service industry, is entirely different from the facility maintenance industry especially when it comes to handling service requests.  It is for this reason that PSI developed their own Service Request module to function within JAMS.  Clients are now able to log in view the web, submit a work request, and the staff in the field are instantly notified via text message as the request is sent directly to their cellphones and mobile devices.
