How does JAMS provide personnel with clear work instructions that meet the performance standards?
JAMS is built to provide clear work instructions to every custodian and the work instructions are easily customizable for each client. This is accomplished in the following manner:
There may be one or several buildings in a facility. We work with you to identify the best location structure to meet your cleaning needs.
Within each building, there are several types of areas or rooms that are unique and have their own set of cleaning specifications. We help you identify your cleaning specifications based on your Objectives or Contract Deliverables for each area or room type.
We now group the specifications to meet your needs and assign each location a specification group. The specification group contains all of the cleaning instructions for that type of area or room, including any supplies or equipment that may be needed to assist your custodians in doing a good job.
The cleaning instructions can also contain information on what products and materials should be used to meet your green cleaning obligations and goals.
