FAMS® helps you manage Project Work in two ways:

For small jobs that can be done today or in a few days, FAMS® provides automatic dispatch from our Call Center function within our CMMS.  Billable work can be properly classified, hourly rates & material costs can be easily and often times automatically calculated, and invoicing to accounting is automatic.  Detailed reporting allows you to better understand the amount of work being performed at any time with just a glance.

For large jobs that may need outside vendors and can take several days to weeks, FAMS® provides a Work Order function similar to Preventive Maintenance Work Orders.  This allows you to completely detail the work instructions, tools & materials needed, and assign the appropriate labor to the task.  Multiple vendor costs can be added and combined with in-house costs to easily build the total invoice for the customer.  Live communications through our CMMS with field staff can help you easily and instantly clarify work instructions, update schedules, and keep your staff on task.

As with small jobs, detailed reporting allows you to keep on top of costs and changes and better understand the project timeline as work is completed.
