James spent over 30 years managing over 200 facilities in his career, and for the last 20 years, running Permanent Solution Industries. His highly effective management style and deep understanding of both Facility Maintenance and Janitorial Services increases customer and employee loyalty. James started TAMS as an internal application to help PSI manage our own Maintenance and Janitorial Services Contracts. TAMS was designed to overcome several disadvantages that commercial systems have had for many years.

John Harris

Senior Vice President, BS in Chemistry & Computer Science
John has spent over 20 years in business management, operations management, sales development, and product development. John secured his first maintenance and janitorial contract while in college, running his own business. During his career, he has managed maintenance services, janitorial services, construction companies, production facilities, and has developed over 100 cleaning agents and dozens of sealants/protectants. Today, John manages the Strategic Information & Consulting Division for PSI, provides customer driven database design, and is the leader of the core development team. In addition, John is one of 8 Certified CIMS Auditors (Cleaning Industry Management Standard) for ISSA in the country.

Chris Kozemchak

Account Executive, BA in Fine Arts, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
Chris has nearly 10 years experience in Marketing, building customer relationships, Design, Web Development, Online Database programming and system design. His duties include understanding better ways to serve our customers, promote TAMS to companies that will benefit from our approach to Facility Management and the Service Industry. Chris is the initial contact for many of our clients and works closely with our team to deliver the right solution to our prospective clients. Chris has the experience to help clients meet their facility management goals.

Jeremiah has a strong history of delivering on that promise and is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals.

Operations Manager
Nate has 10 years experience in IT, supporting both hardware and users. As well as 7 years maintaining all equipment in a recording studio for the Library of Congress Books for the Blind program. Strengths include understanding customer issues, patience, and working well with customers to resolve their issues.

Bill Choi

Bill Choi
Enterprise Solutions Manager, BE in Statistics, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Over 20 years of experience in web programming, system development, and system management. Developed over 30 web database systems and knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft Systems programming. Develop user interfaces, reporting protocols, and relational systems architecture for TAMS. Bill provides the ability to interpret the database structure and make it highly user friendly and therefore, valuable to the customer, for the core development team.
