Over the last 20 years, PSI has strived to continuously improve the way we manage facilities.  In that time, we found that the best software systems available were expensive and very difficult to use for the average worker.

PSI decided to develop its own systems in 2004 to solve the problems encountered using commercial systems.  The two systems FAMS (Facility Asset Management Software) & JAMS (Janitorial Management Software) were originally intended for internal use, and PSI used these systems exclusively in our Federal Government contracts until the end of 2005.

Due to extremely positive feedback, PSI began to explore marketing these systems to other companies.  The response from the market was immediate.  We then began working with prospective customers to ensure that our system was the best in the world.  We unveiled TAMS (Total Asset Management System) at the 2005 ISSA trade show in Las Vegas.

Since that time, TAMS has been internationally recognized as a best in class product that has the best design, best features and best support by winning the Global Trades Award for Technology. 

TAMS is the first software system to win a Global Trades Award in our field, and today we remain the only winner in our field of this prestigious award.
